This is a novella. I was excited to read this because I love thrillers, and I had yet to read anything by Freida McFadden. I've heard so many amazing things about her as an author, but this was meh. I own The Housemaid series and was really looking forward to it, but after this I'm a little nervous it won't live up to the hype.
