I think that the best part of this book is that, unlike other books in this genre, this book is actually fun and inspiring. Let's face it - many books on this topic are so dry that they just don't inspire anyone to do much to change their lives. Chris Baily makes is seem like fun to change your life for the better! And he does it in simple, clear, authentic writing that is never dry; his writing is as fresh as his ideas, and I look forward to trying these fun ideas in my own life.

I appreciate the time, effort and dedication Chris Bailey took to experiment with his own productivity and write this book. His experiments and methods reconfirmed and solidified a lot about what I knew regarding time management and productivity, and I'm glad that there was a huge emphasis on not just time management itself, but also energy and attention management.

Defs is one of those books that you can read at any time and have it add something to your life, which is why I'll defs have to read this again in a year or two

my notion of productivity really differs from the one of the author, so there was not as many things that i could apply to my life.
yet, there were a few tips that i'm using now (2, if i'm not mistaken), so the book was not a waste of time.

I'm not sure how to rate this book. There are some good ideas, but are they really worth an entire book? Not sure. I couldn't help shake the feeling that the 'pin' at the start of each chapter was enough to get an idea of the entire chapter.

The idea was probably worth a blog post or two, maybe not an entire book, which is ironic seeing how the author was a blogger to begin with.

More importantly the annoying feeling I had was because of the author's credentials. He is a college grad who wrote a book about being productive, by experimenting with productivity. What was he productive with? Writing the book. So take it all with a bucket of salt.

This has made me think a lot more about how I spend my time and I've taken away some tips that I have found helpful. But, I think a lot of the ideas don't apply as well to people who are not in the creative industry and/or do not work for themselves.
