I don't completely know what I read, but I know my brain enjoyed it and thought it was clever and well-written. Lots of twists and turns and parts that are woven together that you don't even know are woven together. Genius. It's a book I'll be thinking about for quite a while. I look forward to more from this author - she does not disappoint!

I really enjoyed reading this, but I’ll be sitting with it awhile trying to make sense of all the twists and the ending. I love the concept and I appreciate the commentary on writing and “true crime,” but there were definitely parts that needed more fleshing out for me. This could be a good reread knowing what I know now from the ending.

The writing draws you in. The plot was interesting and kept me reading. The end didn't work for me. I think I had this same problem with other of her books. She's an excellent writer but apparently her work just isn't for me.
