i loved how everything tied together, buuut i did like blackout more bc it was like different stories about different things that at the end were shown to be linked, whereas this one was like, you knew they were all linked, so there was less suspense? ig about the ending. also
Spoileri suppose you were supposed to know that stevie and her gf got together but i wish it was a bit more all in the air until the end bc i kinda felt like ik the ending and wasn't invested
idk if this is a spoiler, but some of the characters, even the protagonist, stevie weren't that well developed. or, maybe they were and i wasn't aware of it but some of the things she says come out of left field.

Maybe I'm a shitty person but I truly cared about the main Stevie/Sola relationship the least LMAOOO. Maybe it was because I got to experience more of all the other ones first-hand as opposed to just their POVs being mostly memories while being heartbroken. But overall did enjoy very much.

Blackout was cute, and this is even cuter! I feel like the authors hit their stride. The storyline and unifying challenge was compelling and the characters were more clearly interconnected. Skip Love Actually, and read this instead!

Stevie and Sola's story - 3.5/5 stars; super cute and sweet but felt lacking

Porsha and Kaz's story - 4.5/5 stars; definitely my favorite, I loved everything about it

E.R and Savannah's story - 3.5/5 stars; I definitely related to E.R the most; but I didn't connect much with the story itself.

Jordyn and Omani's story - 3.75/5 stars; I do not understand the whole problem at all, but the romance was nice.

Jimi and Teo's story - 4/5 stars; the trope was my so far favorite, but some parts just felt lacking

Ava and Mason's story - 2/5 stars; this was just hard to get through and hurt my brain.

Overall: 3.5 stars

The story of this group of young people and how they are all connected is so wholesome and warming despite it all happening in a snowstorm. I love moving through all of the separate diverse love stories and finding out bit by bit how they all fit together into the bigger story. I found myself smiling often while reading this. This group of authors are all amazing on their own so you know it’s going to be great when they come together. I loved this one and I loved Blackout. Here is me hoping there is going to be another one

i love the structure of this book, everyone has their own stories with their own struggles, it‘s so cute to see that they‘re all coming together  to help. It‘s a very heartwarming story despite the snowstorm
