Some very subtle teachings of Buddhism find way into the adventures of His Holiness Cat. The story was burdened with the expectation of delivering the message which ruined the whole idea of it being a full fledged fiction. I would have loved something more metaphorical without the constraints of making the teachings obvious.

Not as comfortable as the first Dalai Lama's cat, but certainly not a bad read. This one is more about finding your reason to live and finding happiness. And also about how easy some misunderstandings happen. Looking forward to the third!

Almost as good as the first book "The Dalai Lama's Cat". This was a little more contrived, but still a good read.

Sweet and simple. If you love cats (I do) it's a perfect book to read while lounging in a hammock sipping lemonade on a sunny day.

Such a delightful read. Page 90 to 96 on the happiness equation particularly resonated with me. Such a lucky cat to live with those she does.
