Ho hum. A lot happens in this one. But in the manga it came across as too choppy. Perhaps too much plot and not enough character. Not bad. And the art is basically the same as the previous books. But it definitely could have been better.

This series is fabulous and the manga is just the cherry on top of a awesomesauce sundae.

So entertaining - the Parasol Protectorate is perfectly suited to manga, I love the detail and style lavished on every page. Also featuring lots of comical nudity! Werewolves, eh?

I loved the written series! It is so much fun to see the characters and situations brought to life through the art. I have heard that the last two books will not be made into graphic novels, and I am really disappointed by that. But I did enjoy the first three!

My issue with this novel remains unchanged from the first two novels - the story was just too fast-paced! Although I haven't read the original novel that this manga is adapted from, I have the impression that we're missing key character and relationship development that is probably found in the novels but was missed in this adaptation.

The artwork is great, but I don't recommend reading the manga adaptation unless you've already read the original novel(s) first.

La la la. Let's go to Italy and take on some Templars etc etc. Still a fun fluff read, and I enjoy the art style. Edit: Sadly, just found out this was the last installment of the manga style. (Sigh). I don't know that I'll enjoy the fluff novels as well as the manga version, and though I agree the manga ties up some loose ends... I'd still like to see where the story ends in the next two books. So, if nothing else since I'm picking up the other books it's at least an engaging fluff.

This was my least favorite of the Parasol Protectorate novel series, but the artwork is great and the little funny touches make it a good adaptation.

- I wish there was book 4 and 5
- I find Mconall's stance reasonable
- progression of story is not very traditional
- Biffy as a werewolf, an art wouldve been nice :)
