Pity books 4 and 5 won't be converted. Book 5 really would do so nicely as a manga.

Liked it just slightly less than the first two. I think the long conversations about the nature of preternaturals and science didn't translate as well to manga. (But the scene of Conall and Lyall rescuing Biffy is almost as amazing as it is in the novel.)

Not quite as good as the previous two, but still really good.

It's been a long time since I read Soulless, so this was a great jump back into it and I enjoyed the artwork.

I love the characters from this series and the manga just shows me how awesome they can be! I love this adaption of the series and hopeful it will be finish one day!

Just like in the third book of the Parasol Protectorate series, Blameless, this too is a bit lacking and leaves you unsatisfied. There seemed to be several chunks of the story missing and leaves the reader confused in a total WTF? way.

Hopefully the fourth installment will rescue this series as the fourth book, Heartless, does.

The other two volumes of this do a good job of adapting the book to the visual medium of the manga. This one...not so much. I just feel that so much was edited that it would be hard to follow if you hadn't already read the books.

On the other hand, the chapter illustrations are amazing, so...mixed bag there.

The extra at the end (Lyall and Akeldama helping Biffy preen) was awesome :)
