Actual rating: 3.75/5 stars but I'd round it up to 4
This one is SOOOOOO freaking cute with its drawing style. And the part with Peanut is so adorable that it truely melts my heart, which also the reason for my rounding up rating. But yeah, as the author mentionned at the very begining, we or at least myself felt truely relatable to this character - Slothilda. Like her struggles are nearly same as mine and her humor shared some similarity with me, especially when giving excuses.
I read it in one sit with a full joy by every page turning. So as my mood was up, I gave myself a little bit more freedom and generosity in rating, this book would be easily categorized on my mood-lifting shelf for sure.

I saw one reviewer that called this a graphic novel.

This is not a graphic novel.

This is a series of sometimes funny cartoons about life, as lived by a sloth creature that would rather eat then exercise, or procrastinate, or stay messy, as many of us do, at least a bit, in our day to day lives.

And of course, if you have followed the adventures of Slothida online, then you will want to have this collection all in one place. The subjects covered are Fitness, Food, Work, Money, Home, Lifestyle and Fur baby.

An enjoyable book for what it is.

Thanks to Netgalley for making this book available for an honest review.

The illustration for this book is cute but I thought it lacked substance. I've never read any of the author's comics online so this was my first, and probably only, foray into their work. Lots of other people love this character and book but I am not one of them. There are tons of one panel or three simple panels to convey the point, which is fine in itself, but not when the book is mostly comprised of these. There were also quite a few instances of dejavu because comics were so similar to one another.

this is the most precious thing I've ever read
