Great insights from a well known monk, this is a work that came recommended from several other books and I finally got through it. Quite readable and not too new-agey,

While at times when I read this book, I thought, "That's a little corny"...I also bought into it at the same time.

This book has given me a new way of thinking about things--at least to try thinking about things before letting bad feelings overcome me.

I really enjoyed this book. I think it has a lot to teach us about how we should live and how we should interact with each other. Great food for thought.

Parts of this book were thought provoking and helpful. Other parts of this book seemed a little far-fetched... perhaps ideal but way beyond where my clan would ever go... (the breathing room with the whole family). Overall a quick read worthwhile and probable worth revisiting from time to time.

A book that contains a lot of wisdom - from the small to the big; from the personal to the global. And it all starts with breathing!
