I do not know what I thought about this. I think I enjoyed it? It was kind of strange, but in the good way. I downloaded it as an audiobook without looking at the description and for quite awhile I thought it was a memoir with the way it was written. The ending was also weird and felt kind of unfinished but I’m not sure if that’s a bad thing. Definitely a book to think about.

One of the most frustrating characters I have ever read. Maybe worth reading if you enjoy books about people who are obsessed with other people's lives but like not in a creepy way. I just found the main character insufferable.

04/04/24 4.5/5 stars. Very poignant. I loved the writing and how visceral the scenes felt. There was tension and serenity and I think the ending encapsulated both and paid off well.
