I personally really liked how the mom actually reached out to her boss to talk about her son. I think it gives a great perspective on how people don't work out and how telling people about your feelings doesn't always happen or need to happen. And It's interesting to see Hiroki deals with Daigo having a
new girlfriend
. All of it is still very cute and rather optimistic. Nothing seems really heavy handed and feels like things that would happen in real life.

As cute and wholesome as ever. I hope that Hiroki will be able to openly talk about his sexuality at some point, but for now I appreciate the gentle unspoken view of it. I like how different character’s viewpoints are shown, everyone’s learning and growing.

For a while there I didn't feel as emotionally attached to this volume as the others, then the ending few chapters came and hit me right in the feels. This series is easily one of my favourite manga series and I hope I get the chance to read the final volume soon!
