I thought this was such a fun cozy read that def had nice balance of cozy vibes and also plot and had clear world building and i also thoguht this book was spicy and i really liked the romance , i l also liked the this was a easy entry way to monster ish romance and i had fun time with it!!

How have I NEVER read this before now?? This was short (compared to other romantasy) and sweet. Daella and Rivelin make such a great pair and I was invested in them from the start! Can’t wait to read the rest of the series!

I really wanted to like this since I'd heard it was a super cute cozy romantasy. Conceptually it was super cute, but the execution sadly was a mess. The world building and characters lacked depth. Every challenge in the book was overcome with such ease it made me feel like I was reading a story for children with overly simplistic concepts.
