Dance With The Devil, book 5 of the Dark-Hunters series, by Sherrilyn Kenyon (McQueen) @mysherrilyn. This is a reread of this series for me. Long overdue, at that! 😂 I am reading this series in the order from Sherrilyn’s website/Goodreads.

I loved Zarek & Astrid so much! And getting to know Acheron more, too! A slave to a demigod, a goddess, Olympus, the middle of winter in Alaska, MF, PNR? Yes, please!

Es por este tipo de libros que se desprestigia el género de fantasía romántica. Sigue la temática de hombre molido a palos que necesita una mujer que le rescate. Podría haber salido bien, pero no pegan ni con cola (y mucho es decir porque de la protagonista no sabemos absolutamente nada, excepto que es una ninfa xd) y es insta love, literalmente insta love: la autora justifica que Zarek se pilla por ella porque lo primero que ocurre cuando el tío la ve es que se le pone dura :///
En fin, dejando las cosas raras como "nunca te voy a follar, solo voy a hacerte el amor" y la relación rara entre Artemisa y Aqueron, solo se salva... nada. Creo que literalmente es mi primer 1 de 5 de Goodreads.

It's great to pick up a book and know it going to be solid. It made me happy to go back into the dark hunter world, I've missed it.

I get distracted once I set a book down or I just know it's going to be great and my chest gets tight and I get so excited that over that feeling I put off reading it. I know it's crazy but I'm big in the build up 😂

Anyway I love this series. It's becoming a favorite and Kenyon is now a autobuy author for me.

On to the next one

Ps I love ash and simi so much. Seriously they are my favorite characters and I can't wait for their book

I don't know how she does it but book after book the relationship she builds are believable and just heartbreakingly beautiful. This book made me cry so hard yet I was left feeling so happy and calm about how it ended up.
