Yes yes yesssss

Once again, shantel doesn't disappoint!! I finished this in 24 hours and I'm having withdrawal! I can't wait for the next book so I can't be immersed back into the Lords world. I vow, you vow, we vow.

Y'all this book was phenomenal, like my favorite this far. Saint is the first Lord that we see who is actually genuinely sweet to the woman he loves from the beginning. I have been so intrigued by Carnage ever since it was mentioned in the Sinner. The big bad Spade brothers aren't so big and bad once you get to know them, and I adore that. This book absolutely tore my heart out, stomped on it, and then put it back together again. I COULD NOT believe some of the things that I was reading. Saint is such a complex character and I respect Ash so much for the way she handled everything she went through. Now for my favorite part of the book... Haidyn! Haidyn is utter perfection, and I cannot stress that enough Shantel, you amazingly, evil woman. Haidyn is everything. I am praying that the next book is about Haidyn because I NEED MORE. This book was a 10/10 for me, I was not bored for a single moment and there were so many unexpected twists and turns. PHENOMENAL.

SPOILERS!!!!

Spoiler Shantel I HAVE A BONE TO PICK WITH YOU. I about lost my damn mind when you wrote that Haidyn was dead, AINT NO WAY THAT I READ THAT AND MOURNED. I WAS ABOUT TO RIOT. Thank the lord that you brought my man back to life and just in time to save Ash like he always does (the beautiful man that he is). You are the queen of making people seem dead when they actually aren't and that is extremely distressing for me lmao

Saint
Hot: 🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️
Como sempre, a Shantel surpreende.
Os plots foram divinos, mais uma vez, e eu me arrisco dizer que esse foi o livro mais legal e intrigante de todos os lords por enquanto.
Desculpa Ryat, mas eu tenho um novo book husband.
Ansiosa p Kash agora ❤️

I enjoyed Saint as the MMC but the FMC was annoying in many ways.

first half was sooo interesting & great character development / getting to know them - second half was a hot (literally) mess. so much going on in 12 different directions, and then wrapped up in 5 pages. meh

DNF at 70% ish.
I'm just a little sad that all the build up to the spade brothers stories in the other books didn't pan out. I tried to continue reading but yeah the amount of filler smut just got annoying, I was expecting some real growth of the characters but nope just back to the usual punishments that's in the first half. And to be honest they wasn't punishments at all.
I expected saint to seriously make ashtyn pay for what she did but again nope.
It started out good but as the story continues it lost the plot, things didn't make sense, characters and things happened with no context or even introductions. I really don't want to read the rest ,if the whole story happens in the last 10%. So I'm leaving it here.
