I have no idea how this ended up on the to-read list. It's a brief history of the Hanover house told very much in a Wikipedia condensed fashion. A quick read in a coffee table book way. However, there were too many errors in it. The Regent is referred as George I. A portrait of the daughters of George II named as the children of their grandfather. I basically skimmed it as opposed to actually reading it.
