The third instalment of the Bruce books, has Bruce moving to attempt to get away from the raucous of the rowdy mice that have befriended the geese and to find some peace and quiet. Unfortunately the move away from the mice upset the geese who miss their friends. This series continues to be popular with students and the art work is what makes this series come alive. I hope that Bruce is able to find some quiet and solitude to balance the noise that surrounds him in the near future.

Bruce will always be a favorite character. And I'm glad to see he doesn't change in this one!

So much fun! Grumpy Bruce's stories crack me up. And the illustrations are so dynamic and give so much detail to look at. I hope they continue.

This third volume in the series was also a lot of fun. Overall, a pretty good way to spend the weekend. Back to high school on Monday!

Not as strong as the others in the series, but still a must read for Bruce fans.

Mother Bruce is back, and he's still quite a curmudgeon. He's quite tired of putting up with those crazy mice, so he and the geese move to a new house. But....it's kind of quiet without those crazy rodents and the geese seem lonely....

I love this series so much.

The author is gifted at writing a kid's book that is genuinely funny for both kids and parents, and the artwork is just gorgeous.

Another funny Bruce book where he doesn't want to be a parent and finds it challenging. To excape the noise he moves to a new house with the geese. The geese are now sad because they miss their mice friends. Overall a happy ending.

"Bruce's house was once again crowded, chaotic, and loud. And Bruce didn't like it one bit. But it felt like home."
