The whole trilogy is the definition of as safe space for me. This are the books that brought me back to reading and I am so grateful for that. Every once in a while I just need to re-read them!

After watching Maxton Hall, I was so excited to see that we were getting English translations of the series. It was interesting to read the source book after watching the adaptation and being able to compare and contrast.
For lovers of the show, do not worry, the show followed the book very closely with a few changes that made sense. The conclusion does end at a slightly different point, though, and it might be a bit of a shocker! Save Me is written in dual POV which is generally my preference for contemporary so that I know what each character is thinking even when they are confused about each other. Teen drama galore. I can't wait to see what happens in book 2!

Ese final tan cruel...
Yo entiendo que James esté fatal y hundido tras la pérdida de su madre, pero no me parece bien la manera en la que se ha tratado su reacción a todo el asunto.
Tenía una gran evolución de personaje y obviamente todo se puede ir al garete por la pérdida, pero no de esa manera tan cruel y retorcida.
He amado cada momento del libro, pero lamentablemente su final me ha hecho bajarle estrellas.
