This was just a middle of the road read for me. Editing was lacking. I felt like the scenes were choppy. The tickling scene was extremely uncomfortable and oddly placed. Then the story just kept advancing in leaps with no explanation. Just suddenly you’re much further down the road. Not a lot of relationship development, just a lot of declarations.

Great plot, even better scenes. The writing seemed like something off of wattpad though.

It was a cute story, although there were a few parts where time was skipped, and I would have liked to see more interaction between them before the whole suppressant mess or the pregnancy.

The pacing was bizarre and the characters were paper thin.

I’ve read this author before. This is a mpreg story about rich alpha North and omega Dante. What starts out as a business transaction with North hiring Dante, turns into their HEA. Just add a baby. Can’t wait to read more from this series.

This book was an easy read, with a fun concept and entertaining start however it just fell flat for me.

Could have been longer to allow better development and exploration of the plot, as its pretty much blink and miss it. Timeskips and just glimpses at them together, then suddenly in love and thats that.

I will admit to loving the first half though, as they seemed interesting on their own and strong characters. With a great and fun first meeting between North & Dante, plotting the contracts and flirting they definitely had chemstry.

I enjoyed Dante so much, he takes the lead a lot and i adored him. His smart and know how to get what he wants, i liked that he didn't let himself fall too easily. North took a bit to grow on me, but he was lovely with Dante.

Sadly that was all though as it then skipped over them actually spending time and learning about each other.

The realisations of feelings come due to a couple of side plots and family, so yeah i just didn't see their romance at all.

Although implied later when they declare their love which was sweet with the little details North mentions, just wish had seen more of their relationship explored instead of just told about.

The ending felt sudden but still great, with a happy finish for them
