Interesting way to introduce the character and tell the story of the book by Tequila Leila thinking about them one by one as she’s dying. Also nice tidy ending meeting the fish released when she was born as she is tipped into the water at the end. Good pace apart from the part at the end where they dig her up which was slow. All in all a good read, liked the style of writing and kept me interested.

Heartbreaking, raw, human.
A beautifully written exploration of a life. Of a person who tried really hard to have a good one and who didn't let hardships change who she was at her core, and the wonderful people she met along the way, who made her life a little less heavy because she made theirs brighter.
