Short and sexy!
Who doesn't love ghost stories? I loved the surprise of this being a horror short in addition to being a hot read. Jordan and Benny were well-defined characters who were easy to relate to, clearly loved one another, and captured my interest from the opening lines. The creep factor of the attic gradually escalated as their "play" did while the pair explored a trunk filled with old Halloween costumes to see which still "fit." Everything went really quickly from a fun romp to a wicked wrestling match with a supernatural entity whose penchant for violence is as intoxicating as it is horrifying.
I'd absolutely recommend Costumes to anyone who wanted to read a sexy short with an element of the supernatural!
