I just finished reading Confess by Colleen Hoover within a day. This book was a page turner that I did not want to put down. Some of the content within the book can be triggering to individuals who have experienced domestic violence; however, Colleen does a great job showing how someone can overcome the pain and experiences they may be involved in. I highly recommend this book to those who are avid book readers!

If you’re a fan of PostSecret and love stories, this is for you.
After a day of cutting hair, Auburn stumbles upon a job opening to be an assistant at an art gallery for an evening. While staring at the flyer, she’s pulled into the studio by the artist, Owen. He explains that every day he receives anonymous secrets and how he interprets those confessions onto canvas to share with the community. With only a few hours spent together that evening - something immediately clicks for both of them.
Though, Auburn has her guard up. She recently moved to town and only knows her roommate, who also hired her at the salon, and a man who is kind of her brother in law, and definitely a bit possessive and overprotective.
A main feature of this book I didn’t love was how in her head Auburn was throughout. Her chapters felt a bit more thought than action driven.

This was 2015 goodreads romance winner...romance is all tell no show without chemistry. Owen is creepy and Auburn is bland I literally hated everything in book.
