The ending was so fittingly bleak. It’s depressing that I strongly relate to one of the animals at the farm (Boxer) whilst I simultaneously dread their fate as the reader. Great book, really makes the themes easy to understand.

It’s very obvious as to why this is a classic. The story is well articulated and can be interpreted in anyway one could want.

I personally find a strong correlation to what happened in the book to what is happening in our country currently. Falling into a dictatorship could easily happen when one tries to rewrite not only the rules, but history as well. We are seeing this happen in real time.
