I need book six ASAP otherwise I’m going to have a nervous breakdown. Please and thanks Xx

I'm just...disappointed

This book is nowhere near to the standard of the first three books, which were AMAZING and what made me fall in love with this world in the first place.

The Conference of the Birds just feels flat, a filler book rather than a proper story. Don't even get me started on the Jacob-Noor romance, which I absolutely despised. It just fustrates me that Mr Riggs spent 3-4 books building up the relationship between Emma and Jacob, only to suddenly have it end, and a new, random bland character become the new love interest, whilst relegating Emma as a mostly ignored side character.

The only part I liked was Fiona's return, I absolutely adored her and Hugh's relationship! Other than that, the charm and character of the first three books is just...well lost. For the next book Mr Riggs really needs to put in all he's got to save the series, which I honestly have to say, should have ended after the third.

This book was too damn short!! Not much happened but I loved every second of it. Ransom!! What the fuck was that ending?!?! I need book #6 right now!

2.5 Stars.
Ugh. So disappointing.

I’ve been a fan of this series from the start. So it pains me to say that I wish it would of concluded in Library of Souls - though I love Riggs’s world building magic and unique characters; this book fell flat for me.
I appreciate him in wanting to sustain the story and fictive dream in this new trilogy, but I’m experiencing déjà vu moments- in relation to specific plots and dramatic presence.
So... I guess we’ll see what happens next

Good, but a little annoyed by the Emma situation… I really considered her to be the second protagonist, and now she’s just a background character? Her entire personality has changed and Noor doesn’t have much of a personality at all… a bit disappointed.
