This was one of the dumbest books I've ever read. It's like Netflix decided to rewrite Emily in Paris as a thriller - all characters were like walking stereotypes ripped straight out of a cheesy Netflix show. There wasn't a single person I could actually care about.

This book fell really flat for me. I am noticing a lot of Lucy Foley books follow similar plot lines, which makes them predictable. It was a struggle to get through the first half, but it started to pick up in the end.

Literally the most boring book I've ever read, at around 60 pages I knew I wanted to dnf but had hope It would get better, it did not get better. The only reason I finished this book was so I could see what happened. Not worth it. Don't even pick it up. The ending was alright but 90% of the book was so boring it wasn't even worth it

Początek i końcówka super, ale w środku coś oklapło. Czasami dziwny zapis dialogów, nie wiedziałam kto mówi te słowa. Plus za tajemniczą i starą kamienicę w środku Paryża.
Ps. kto karmił kota przez tyle dni?
