It was interesting to get a Mara Jade just post Return of the Jedi storyline, where she's attempting to avoid Isard and learning to fend for herself. There's a whole storyline where she realizes that a mission she thought she completed wasn't and then spent her time trying to complete it. The Guri decides to no longer be an assassin storyline was interesting too. This was the first time I've encountered Guri and I was able to follow along easily. A few of the one shots were okay, but a lot of it was filler. I could've done without the gratuitous 90's male-gaze art. Leia having a jealous possessive fit and yelling at Han, blaming him any time another female character so much as looked at him seem ooc. Also Luke's wistful pining that it's a shame Leia is his sister was not something I needed to read twice.

Started a little weak but the various stories and art got stronger as I read. In the end, I'm happy I stuck with it. There are some real gems in this volume.

An interesting mish mosh of various post-Jedi comics. Some of the one-off ones were good, others not so much (I rather love the Apocalypse Endor one in particular); the Mara Jade series was very good, the Guri was alright but not great. Really, I was hoping for more purposeful development of characters and the overall universe story than existed in most of the one-offs.
