I really enjoyed this! I liked the main character a lot and was endeared by her love for her sisters. Found myself really rooting for the romance here and actually fully buying into it. The book even made me chuckle at times. It’s well written and a nice easy beach read. Loved the play on words with fortune hunter vs gold digger. This also made me want to watch Bridgerton.

A delightful read, but nothing ground breaking. It was a nice break from spicy romance. A very on brand book for anyone that loves the style of Bridgerton and the story telling of Jane Austen. It’s pretty witty and light.
