Even if the underlying premise does not play out past its revolutionary moment, the concerns voiced by Marx and Engels are ones that should not be ignored by any wishing to hold power or build a better society.

While vital to the intellectual underpinnings of the intentions, this is where the age of this document becomes obvious.
