This is a story in the Brother Cadfael series, which is a series about a Benedictine Monk. I really like Cadfael as a character, and I love the setting (Shrewsbury, 1141, during the civil war). However, I am tired of the repetitive trope that occurs in every story, where two young people need Cadfael's help so their love life will reign supreme. I will, despite that, probably continue to read the series.
