Boring. Age gap🤮. she is child like, slim blah blah. It just seems off. And nobody in his family questioned the relationship (MC 35, FM 22)?? Insane.

I love Chestnut Springs, but this one was not my favorite. I absolutely love Bailey and Beau, both were completely not what I expected! Bailey was such a spit fire, but I also loved seeing her moments where she was intimidated. Beau gave me a little whiplash. I loved his broody side and his Teddy bear side.
I am sad I did not see more interactions with the rest of the Eaton family, there was an interaction or two I thought almost needed to be there. But I understand why they weren't. Don't know if I read too much Catherine Cowles but I wished Baileys family terrorized her more.
End of the day though. Elsie still rights perfection and I absolutely love her writing and these characters she builds!

the weakest link.  I still enjoyed it, but the characters were more one dimensional, their experiences too reduced or oversimplified, the premise less believable, and the whole thing too one-note; I didn’t feel nearly as invested in the formula this time, which is a shame because these characters could’ve had so much to work with.  I think probably it’s just time to leave this crew behind, it’s starting to feel like a reunion all the time.  loved the series but glad to be done, and this one did not leave me wanting more.
