I liked this! Funny and interesting, pleasantly surprised.

Literally did not think I would enjoy it as much as I did! Which seems to be a weird cycle nowadays but ahhhhh! Amma and Damien are sooo adorable together I literally loved reading their inner monologues about the other. There were times where I felt the narration was getting a little too long and I was starting to get a little bit bored, but I still enjoyed nonetheless!

I look forward to reading more of this series <3

Oh this was fun. As an audiobook reader, I lost it at, “I met her at Evil Con.”

This book lowkey reminded me of Megamind. And that is absolutely not a bad thing.

The
rope scene
was magical. This is a true slow burn and I’m so here for it.

Probably the best indie book I’ve read. Well done.
