I’ll be honest, I didn’t really enjoy this collection of essays. However I think that may be more because of my lack of knowledge / education than Lordes writing.

The titular essay was excellent, as expected. However, not all of the essays were of the same quality. (Yes, I know some of them are speeches). Loved the discussion of intersectionalism of race, class and sexuality. Especially agreed with the essay relating to white women and intersectional feminism.
