Brows were furrowed, stomachs were dropped, jaws were clenched and eyes were widened. I cringed a lot at the overusage of cliche's but immersive nonetheless.

The female narrator of the audiobook did a wonderful job!

Hands down one of the greatest books I have ever read! This was the perfect mix of fantasy and romance my two favourite genres! The character development and world building was amazing! I was hooked from the beginning and there wasn’t a time from when I started the book to when I finished it that I thought I could put it down and step away it was 2:30 in the morning when I made myself stop reading only to pick it up the second I woke up again! This story had no lulls no slow boring moments even when nothing big was happening something was still happening and you just had to know what would happen next! I love spoilers but I can honestly say going in blind is the best thing to do this book is so beautifully written! I cannot wait for the next book!
