I read this part way through potty training, so not all her blocks were applicable. I wouldn't change what I did though. I came in around "block 2" and found all subsequent information really helpful.

I had heard she was super intense and was apprehensive about feeling more mom guilt over potty training. She is really good about saying that if you disagree with her, that's ok, and to do what works for your family. She is also really good about telling you to ditch the guilt.

It gets 4 stars because it is chalk full of useful tips and information. It doesn't get 5 because I didn't use her first block to potty train, and she goes into psychology for a bit which isn't exactly her strong suit.

As a note: I wouldn't do block 1, even if I had read this first. In fact, I found it ironic that she emphasizes you give you child dignity, and potty training does that....only to insist that kids be naked the first few days. Talk about taking their dignity, especially if you have an older, more sensitive child. If it works for you, fine, but I'm not a fan. We did it with underwear on and it was totally fine. My child could still feel she was wet.
