Interesting enough to hold my attention. A little disappointed I predicted something before it happened. But overall not bad if you want background noise.

Horribly written. There's a character named "Butchie Dykes". Jesus Christ.

DNF at 34%, I just cannot get into it. I believe this is my first Patterson novel. I am not enjoying it, and found myself avoiding this dark story line.

Wow, what a fantastic thriller with lots of twists and turns that I never saw coming. Having not seen the movie, or read any of the Alex Cross books, I was hooked from the first word until the last. I very much enjoyed this book and look forward to reading more of these.

I am shocked and outraged that I was hoodwinked by the Great American Read to read this book. The writing was juvenile and the character development was pathetic. Truly should be in all dictionaries under “the opposite of show, don’t tell.” I wasted 8 days of my life.
