I know I'm wrong in searching for HEA in books but I can't help myself books are my happy place so when a character has many qualities that resembles you in RL you just hold dear to that character that much more, and that's why I love Lily so much and made me love this book so much more. Living with social anxiety is hell and I felt like the description of what Lily felt was spot on so to see Archer so understanding of her and loving her so fiercefully as has every guy of The Son of Templar it was beautiful. So you see I might not have my HEA in RL but man how I love those in my books...

Asher knew when he met Lily that she was special, he wanted to explore it but she pushed him away. He walked away once, but realizing why she closed herself off, Asher is not walking away again. The only stability in Lily's life is her best friend Bex, aside from that she is alone, drowning in herself. Asher coming back into her life is like a bright light, but Lily is afraid of everything Asher is, with him she has to breathe again but does she want to?

This is a complicated story and I don't want to divulge too much without given the plot away. I have to say there were a couple of shockers I was not expecting. Loved Asher, he understands Lily who is awkwardly shy. I thought Lily's struggles were so real, shed several tears in this book. Another phenomenal read from Anne Malcom.

I wasn't so fussed on this book it felt overly dramatic and a bit desperate. So sorry I loved the first two but not impressed with this one.

This book begins when Lily loses someone really important to her. Now, she must do whatever she can to get over this pain, and when the man she gave her heart to three years ago comes back into her life, she doesn't know how to handle it.

Asher let Lily get away once, he's not going to do it again. He knows that she is his, and he will do anything to make her realize that. But, there is more going on than he understands, and as he learns more things get more complicated for him and Lily.

This book was okay. It's not my favorite of the series, but I thought Lily and Asher together were cute. I was annoyed with Lily a lot through out the book, so that made it a little bit frustrating. And this one seemed like it was a lot of rinse repeat of the same thing. And then add in all the issues with Bex as well, and it was just crazy drama.

But, I did like it, and with the way it ended, I can't wait for Bex's story.
