Well, this was just the sweetest, most unique, most wonderful story about a robot who ends up on an island full of animals. I just loved Roz and the community she found along the way.

Tremendous. Human readers young and old will learn so much about humanity from this wild robot. A touching, adventuresome story with so much heart. Very mindful, with lessons shown through the characters in a way that honors young readers and trusts them with the truth; like a warm, loving teacher.

Highly recommend for family reading time. We loved it as much as our kids did. The chapters are very short so you can read in long or short bits. It became a routine to read it altogether as a family every night before bed. Can’t wait for book 2, and so happy to know it’s a trilogy. Can’t get enough of Roz, her island, and her friends and family.
