Ames has done it again! I wasn’t sure what to expect but this book blew me away! It was the perfect amount of spice and plot! I flew through this book and the main characters were so enjoyable! I also loved the focus on mental health and how important it was for the main characters to communicate and help each other throughout the story. This is a standalone book but I would love to see more from some of the side characters that we met!

Smut with a ludicrous plot

3.5 stars. This was basically a MMMM smut fest loosely held together by a ludicrous plot, which by the end, with all the blood sport, had a "Den of Vipers" vibe to it. It was entertaining enough, though I grew weary of it two thirds of the way in.
