Finished in under 24 hours again. It shouldn’t be legal to be having this MUCH fun because I don’t even think this book was that good but I can’t remember the last time I had this much fun. I want to scream. I need book 3 like yesterday how am I supposed to wait till June?

first of all, the bond that burns sounds like a code name for a uti. & i think i’d rather suffer through an unmedicated uti than continue this series.

UGHHHHH THE ENDING I am fully in a book hangover.

Instant 5 stars simply for causing the pterodactyl like screech produced when I finished the book - very much a "thanks, I hate it" moment!!!

Honestly everything steps up in book 2 - the TENSION between Medra and Blake is just delicious - they are perhaps the first book romance where I am really properly enjoying them being enemies because it's just so much fun!!!

WE HAVE DRAGON - my soul is never happier when there are dragon companions or grumpy/sassy sidekicks so Nyxaris brings me an untold amount of joy
