Intriguing and honest insight of motherhood. I appreciated hearing about the darker side and darker thoughts of a marriage and motherhood. I enjoyed a lot of the sullies throughout the book. Odd and different, but I thoroughly enjoyed the way she told bold truths in a gripping way. I would have rated this higher, however the end of the book felt slightly confusing and weird. I was not satisfied by how it concluded. I’m not sure if I was supposed to take some of the actions symbolically or literally. It felt like the author was writing something inspired by the poem the yellow wallpaper, but it took a really wild turn.
