B-A-N-A-N-A-S bananas! Ending felt a bit tidy but otherwise this is a truly unhinged book that is absolutely worth the read for its originality if nothing else. Imagine a modern-day “Yellow Wallpaper” but SOOO much more bonkers. Alarming in multiple places but also so relatable in its capturing of female rage.

I really appreciated the effort, writing, and style up until the end where the author stopped trusting the reader and decided it was necessary to handhold her audience through the moral points and explanation.

I really enjoyed this book, I found the story very unique and engaging--I tore through it! The imagery was extremely immersive and the plot was exciting. I am not a horror fan at all and I found this book to be kind of eerie at times but not too "scary".
