It's as good as the book one. I really enjoyed getting to know the characters a little more. This time story was told from Cash and Marc's point of view. Both are interesting characters with lots of history between them and now slowly their memories are coming back. Soon they will learn more about how the 'Game' began and what possible roles they can play to further the Queen's cause. They don't like each other much but both are tied together with one thing that's common between them. I liked the bromance they have going. Although Roo is just as entertaining and one of main 'Players' of this game but this is not exactly her story. This book gives us insight about the whole universe and makes a lot of things clearer which were vague in book one. So I guess this is great way to keep the story going, I'm still looking forward to read more about this fantasy world and these characters which are created in this series. It's definitely a great read and I find it very interesting as well as intriguing.
