4.5 stars. This is a wonderful collection of three novellas set in the Victorian period and all having something to do with a "Grand Tour." There were a lot of little history tidbits tucked throughout each of the stories - about the Mediterranean coast, Rome (and Julius Caeser), and Egypt. I enjoyed learning a little about these areas and their history, although in a couple of places it felt almost too much like a history book. It was also interesting to read more about the British customs and expectations of women traveling during this time period.
As always, I love these happy-ending stories that are short enough to be read in a sitting or two and leave me smiling. They are light and fun and just what I need some days! The characters are well developed despite the shorter story length. I also enjoy reading stories by new-to-me authors as well as some of my favorites!
Note: I received a free e-book version of this book in exchange for an honest review.

One thing I love about these novellas—besides being non-committal quick reads—is how each author can take a book challenge formula and create a unique story. Deep down, each story had that same formulaic plot, but add a location, personality, and conflict and you get a fun ride for the reader!

I did enjoy the last story about Egypt the most!

I thoroughly enjoyed these sweet novellas. They were the perfect blend of romance and travel. Each of the heroes and heroines weren't looking for love but found it in an unexpected place. And it was just right.
