I absolutely LOVED this. I didn’t have a lot of context for what it was about and kind of went in blind. It was perfect. Everything about it. Definitely check this out as soon as possible.

This was an amazing villain gets the girl type book with plenty of spice and dark romance
I likes the twist of Hook and Peter Pan it was done really well

Not too bad actually. But the PET thing and the names are meh
Enjoyed this until the end. The familial relationship with Wendy and James was so weird that even him kidnapping and holding her hostage didn’t seem that bad.

Hooked is a dark romance where, as described, the male main character, Hook, is absolutely not morally Grey. He is a straight up villain but it turns out, most characters in the book are.
Wendy is naive and hopeful. The author tries to give her some sass but it doesn't really stick or feel like an actual character trait. That could be the point, having her put on a brave face.
The story is totally different than what you might expect. It was different from what I typically read but I liked it overall. I thought it could use more diversity and maybe even more backstory for some characters.
It's pretty spicy but not to the point of spicy scenes dictating the plot.
