Ugh I was so excited to read this one and was really looking forward to a new release from T L Swan but this was one was sadly a real let down. I felt like the characters where all over the place and even though the book was over 400 pages the storyline was really rushed.
Both characters felt incredibly immature and the female main character just came across as really desperate. Hoping the next release is better!

Yea no… I’m going to need some more chapters after chapter 28… that ending was rushed. Juliet should’ve thrown some hands at Jenny.. ima need some bonus chapters here to see how he reacted to her getting back the pictures or something…. Come on now.

I really wanted to love this book because I love TL Swan’s other books but this one was just disappointing. First of all, it could have been like 200 pages shorter than get the same story. The level of immaturity of grown adults who can own houses in Los Angeles..I will not understand. Also anytime the word “cream” was used I wanted to poke my eyes out.

I really wanted to love this like I did with TL Swan’s miles high club series but unfortunately this book wasn’t it for me. The fmc spend the entire book chasing after the Mmc who clearly didn’t care about her. He only wanted her when other men were interest in her. Sorry but no… This type of behavior = 🚮
