There was never a dull moment in this book. Never any unnecessary information that didn’t relate to any part of the story. There were multiple twists that I didn’t see coming, and it kept me so engaged. It’s fascinating to see how events that happen when you’re younger will affect what happens when you’re older. It’s also encouraging to see the personal growth of the main characters.

The latest from Jennifer Hillier isn't as unsettling as her Creep duology but still disturbing nevertheless. I've read all of Hillier's books so far except Wonderland (saving that one for a rainy day) and this one was very enjoyable.
