This is probably about a 4.5⭐️ - I absolutely adored it. This is the first horror based short story collection that I have read that actually achieves everything it promises: it is incredibly unsettling, uncomfortable and at times disgusting to read, but almost every story invoked some kind of reaction in me. Much like most short story collections there are always stories that I enjoy (possibly the wrong word) more than others, and there are definitely some that are never going to leave my brain short of a bleach scrub
