This series is good and I fly through them but I just feel like it is so damn slow. At least no one was dating anyone else in this book. That was my major issue with the other books.

I have read books 1-8 and can not bring myself to finish the last book. This is the first book/series I have read by this author and is one of the best series I have read this year. It's an extremely slow burn romance book. Overall it's a great series but I am disappointed in the romance department of it. The plot and lore that is in this book is beyond amazing and goes past what is normal for supernatural books, so when the romance part starts to develop I found myself skipping past it to get back to the supernatural stuff.
Just finished my second reread. I think the single funniest part is when Lexie is told the boys cant walk her to class anymore and she offers to bring her service dog instead. Then the next day when the VP is really not happy about Hades and both Lexie and her uncle give her a talking to!
I have gotten very into reading Reverse Harem novels lately. It's super hard to find decent ones that don't just read like fan fiction. This series is really good though. Both the characters and the story are fully fleshed out and well written. I'm enjoying becoming invested in this world and pleased that I discovered this author.
