I like to read McEwan in print so I can mark favorite passages, etc., but this was great on audio. Rory Kinnear is the reader. I'll be looking for his name on other audio titles.

Bizzaro narration, beautifully written. Not my favorite, but unique and so well done.
slow-paced

extremely interesting narrative voice wrapped around a murderous tale ~ was slow but in a really nice and eloquent way

Oh so original, and McEwan's writing blows me away as usual, but not my favorite of his.
