“Jared moved his head from side to side trying to catch my eyes, his lips inches from my face. “If I ever lay my hands on you,” he said low and husky, “you’ll want it.” He brought his lips in even closer. The heat of his breath covered my face. “Do you? Want it, I mean?”

“Tatum?” His voice sounded soft and gentle, and I instantly felt warm all over. But then he spoke again “I wouldn’t care if you were alive or dead.”

“Did he hurt you?” Jared asked evenly, but his lips were tight, and his eyes were murderous.”

“Jared moved in front of me and stared down at the broken glass. “I make you nervous,” he said without looking up at me. His assessment was dead-on. I knew it, and so did he.”

Just awful. I hated it lmao. I don’t even know why i tried cause bullying and foul treatment literally has me shaking and crying and vomiting. I can’t it made me so sick. My hatred really runs deep when it comes to that stuff and i just HATED Jared all the way until the end. Like i really don’t care. Also fuck K.C. She was a shit friend tbh. She didn’t even have any redeeming qualities. Literally just a shit friend.

This was such an addicting story that I had a hard time puttin it down. It was a fast read but I had a hard time believing in the main couples love story and that the bullying that happens before and during the book can be justified.

SPOILER ALERT
I also am a little bit angry in how the last conflict in the book was handled especially that the book characters didn't highlight that it is illegal and the police should be contacted. In reality this is sexual exploitation! I had overall a hard time justifying or forgiving the characters actions for an example Maddock's actions in the beginning of the novel even though I tries to justify the sexual harassment that he does to the main character.
