I really enjoyed this book. I had a few minor issues, but once I got into the story I didn't want to leave it. A big part of Nora Roberts books is the romance, and I must say I really enjoyed that part. It made me incredibly happy.
All in all really enjoyed this and plan on picking up the reaming books very soon.

Paranormal romance - a bit different than my usual reads. In this uncertain time it’s maybe good I’m reading about good defeating evil

This is my first Nora Roberts novel even though she’s written about a million all with interesting concepts.

I hate to be the one to compare one thing to another, but this is an awesome mix of Lara Croft (in Greece!) with a hint of romance and impending doom. You get cave explorations, beach-side villas, secret personas, and battles with demons!

It was fun to be able to read about all 6 main characters in the third person and discover their unique abilities and supernatural forms (don’t worry, I won’t spoiler them for you!).
“We’re like the freaking Avengers.”

I’m going to give this one three stars, I’ve always wanted to try a Nora Roberts book, I’ve tried many samples and have never felt inclined to go further. I give it three stars as the premise of the story was interesting but them it got bogged down with strategies/food prep/training etc by the group, which got boring fast. I thought I was also going to be wowed at Bran and Sash’s relationship but it felt flat. I’m sure many people will enjoy this series but I think I’ve come to learn Nora Robert’s isn’t for me.

The story is fine, I actually enjoyed it and I am sure that I will finish the trilogy. I guess my complaint is that when Nora Roberts finds a formula that works once, she dang sure sticks with it. If you have read The Circle Trilogy, The Cousins O'Dwyer or the Sign of Seven Trilogy.... you pretty much know how things will go, when secrets will be revealed, who is next to have a romance, with who, etc. for each book. She really needs to change it up a little! I feel like I am reading the circle trilogy with different character names!
